Policies & privacy.
Clear expectations protect your appointment, Sacha’s time and the calm experience of every client.

01 / Bookings & payments
Confirming an appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only when the booking portal displays confirmation and sends the corresponding message or email. Prices, duration, deposits or card-confirmation requirements are shown in Square before a client completes the booking.
Bridal requests are enquiries until Sacha confirms availability and any agreed booking requirements in writing.
02 / Cancellations & changes
When plans change.
The applicable cancellation cutoff, deposit terms and any late cancellation or no-show charge are presented before confirmation and recorded with the appointment. Clients should use the link in their confirmation or contact the studio as soon as possible.
Terms are never applied retrospectively: the terms shown and accepted for the specific booking are the terms that govern it.
03 / Arrival
Protecting everyone’s time.
Please arrive at the agreed time and follow any preparation instructions sent before the appointment. A late arrival may mean the service must be shortened or rearranged when completing it would affect the next client. Any charge will follow the terms disclosed for that booking.
04 / Suitability & patch tests
Safe, suitable treatment.
Clients should share relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical considerations or recent reactions when asked. Where a service requires a consultation or patch test, Sacha will explain the requirement and timeframe before the treatment. A treatment may need to be changed or postponed if it cannot be carried out safely.
05 / Private studio
An appointment-only space.
The studio operates from a private home in Somerset. The full address and arrival information are provided directly to confirmed clients and should not be shared publicly. Appointments are not available to walk-in visitors.
06 / Privacy notice
How personal information is used.
bysachastudio is responsible for personal information supplied directly to the studio. This may include a client’s name, contact details, enquiry or appointment information, wedding details, preferences and information a client chooses to share about treatment suitability.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before a booking, provide and administer appointments, keep necessary transaction records, communicate service information and meet legal obligations. Enquiry information is not used for marketing without a separate, clear choice.
Sharing and booking providers
Information is shared only where needed with service providers supporting email, website hosting, professional administration or bookings. Square separately processes information entered into its booking and payment services under its customer privacy notice.
Retention and rights
Information is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or appointment, resolve issues and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. It is reviewed and securely deleted when no longer needed. Depending on the circumstances, individuals may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to certain uses of their information.
To make a privacy request, email bysachastudio@gmail.com. Concerns can also be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
This notice should be reviewed whenever the studio changes its booking, email, analytics or marketing tools.
